Returns

At Cherie Amour Intimates we believe your satisfaction of lingerie comes from finding both the right style and the proper fit. We want you to absolutely love your new lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of these items, we do not offer credit card or PayPal refunds. If you must return your item(s), we will accept most items returned for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  1. You received your item(s) within the last 14 days.
  2. Your item(s) have not been worn, altered, or washed—No exceptions.
  3.  Your items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygienic liners attached.
  4. Your return must include the original receipt, which can be found via the confirmation email you received when your order was placed.
  5.  Underwear has been tried on over your own undergarments.
  6. Must not be a Final Sale Item, Gift Card, Personal Product, Hosiery, Adhesive Product or Body Care Product.

If your item(s) are eligible for return, please submit a return request via email, with the subject line of Return Request, to intimates@cherieamourinc.com with the following information included:

  1.  Order #
  2.  First and last name
  3.  Item(s) you wish to return
  4. Reason for return request

Once we have received your request, you will receive an RMA# from us via email, as well as an email notifying you whether your request has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, please follow the shipping instructions provided in that email. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will notify you via email of your return status:

If your request is resolved in the form of an exchange, you will receive a new confirmation email. You are responsible for the shipping costs of your new item(s). If your chosen replacement item or size is not in stock, you will be sent a store credit code via email to apply to a future order.

If your request is resolved in the form of store credit, you will receive an email with your unique credit code to apply to a future order. Any item(s) returned with damages or indications of being used will be rejected.

Damaged, Faulty & Misrepresented Items

At Cherie Amour Intimates, we strive to represent our lingerie as seen online as accurately as possible. We know from time to time that colors, fabrics, and styles may appear slightly different in person compared to what is seen online. Keep in mind that all computer displays vary. We make a conscious effort to display the products as reflective of the actual items as possible and to provide details on each product in the product descriptions. If you feel the item(s) we have sent are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can help you with a return request if eligible. Lastly, please be advised that normal wear and tear from your own personal use of the garment(s) are not considered “damaged” or “faulty” and not eligible for exchange or an exchange request.
